I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I’m passionate about helping people who spend so much time caring for others that they forget to care for themselves. If you struggle to put yourself first, feel guilty for needing a break, or are just plain exhausted from always being “the strong one,” you’re in the right place.
I specialize in working with first responders, caregivers, and anyone feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that make it hard to prioritize themselves. As a former first responder myself, I get what it’s like to always feel responsible for others—but I also know that you can’t pour from an empty cup. I provide a space where you can work through stress, boundaries, and self-care without guilt or shame, so you can show up for yourself the way you deserve.
Beyond therapy, I also offer clinical supervision and consultation for fellow therapists. Whether you’re navigating the early years of your career or need a fresh perspective on tough cases, I’m here to support you in building confidence, strengthening your skills, and making this work sustainable—without burning yourself out in the process.
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me lifting weights, getting in some cardio, cooking something delicious, or hanging out with my animals. I believe that taking care of yourself—mind, body, and heart—makes all the difference, and I want to help others do the same.
If you’re looking for therapy, clinical supervision, or consultation, let’s connect. You don’t have to do this alone—I’ve got you.
