I almost didn’t post this.

I’ve been sitting with this quote for a while. Not because I didn’t have anything to say — but because I wanted to say it right.

And honestly? That’s part of why I’ve been so quiet.
I even struggled to post this — or really anything — over the last few weeks.

Maybe that’s the point.

If you’ve been healing from people-pleasing, burnout, or attachment stuff, being “wrong” can feel a lot scarier than staying stuck.

But growth usually starts with: “Let me try anyway.”

Me: cries during the Puppy Bowl and the Kitty Halftime show, apologizes to the couch, the dogs, and a plant I haven’t watered in 3 weeks (I’m trying to remember, I promise lol).

Also me (now):
“Actually, my sensitivity is a feature, not a bug.”
